THE GOOD:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Agility milestones for Connery Beagle!<\/strong>\u00a0 Now that he’s earned a MACH3, Connery is running in Preferred classes (that is, jumping four inches lower).\u00a0 He was always the shortest and heaviest dog in his jump height…Beagles are meant to be sturdy little things.\u00a0 And he likes it Very Much!<\/p>\n

He’s qualified in eleven of his twelve runs since then,<\/strong> and taken first place each time.\u00a0 At ten years old there’s no telling how long he’ll have this much joy in running, but right now we’re having a blast with it!<\/p>\n

Agility milestones for Dart Beagle!<\/strong>\u00a0 Dart’s progress is considerably more variable.\u00a0 When he’s good, he’s very very good.\u00a0 When he’s not, he’s OMG YOU MUST BE KIDDING.\u00a0 So the entertainment value is high either way.<\/p>\n

This past weekend, a number of milestones ticked over for Mr. Dart.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He earned his MX (Masters Agility: Ten Qs (qualifiers) on a standard course).<\/strong>\u00a0 He earned his MJB (Masters Jumpers Bronze: 25 Qs on a jumpers course).<\/p>\n

And with his tenth QQ and over 400 speed points,<\/strong> he’s now halfway to earning his MACH.\u00a0 I have no illusions that the second half will come any more easily than the first…<\/p>\n

THE BAD:<\/strong><\/p>\n

I lied.\u00a0<\/strong> There isn’t any bad here.\u00a0 But I wanted it in the title.\u00a0 Because “The Good and The Silly” just wasn’t doing it for me.<\/p>\n

THE SILLY:<\/strong><\/p>\n
