Sorry to miss getting something more substantial posted this week! Was gone to California camping and visiting Kid #2. (No horses!)

      My daughter got chocolate covered bacon roses from her honey last Valentine’s Day and now I just crack up whenever I see these bacon jokes.

        Chocolate. Covered. Bacon. Roses. Right. Sounds delicious. At least, if they used a good 99% cocoa chocolate. Milk chocolate just wouldn’t contrast the great salty bacon taste. I happen to like bacon-stuffed Medjool dates. Well, bacon-and-cheese stuffed. I mean… with those ingredients, how bad could it be?
